The company Patte de Loup (hereinafter the "Company") is an SAS with a share capital of 10,000 euros, whose registered office is at 19 rue du Général Mangin - 92600 Asnières sur Seine and registered with the Trade Register and companies from Nanterre, at number 840 396 220.
The Company offers the following services: sale of hemp clothing and accessories made in France.
The Company invites Customers to carefully read these general conditions of sale (hereinafter the "GTC").
The GTC govern the conditions under which the Company sells its products to its professional and non-professional customers directly or by paper.
They apply to all sales concluded by the Company and apply to any contradictory document, in particular the Customer's general purchasing conditions.
They are systematically communicated to the customer who requests them.
Placing an order implies acceptance of the GTC. It is up to the customer to take this into account before purchasing. The photographs or graphics presented in the catalogs or prospectuses are not contractual.
The customer acknowledges having read the GTC before placing his order.
In the event of subsequent modification of the GTC, the customer is subject to the version in force when ordering.
ARTICLE 1 - SUBJECT
These General Conditions of Sale aim to define the contractual relations between Patte de Loup and the Customer, and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the Site.
The acquisition of a Product through the Site implies full acceptance by the Customer of these General Conditions of Sale. These will prevail over any other general or specific conditions of the Customer.
Patte de Loup reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Sale at any time. It is however agreed that the Conditions applicable to the Customer will be those in force on the date of his order on the Site.

These General Conditions of Sale are the exclusive property of Patte de Loup. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.
ARTICLE 2 - PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Products offered are presented on the Patte de Loup Site and accompanied by a description.
The photographs possibly accompanying the presentation of the Products are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the proposed Product.
The elements constituting the photographs are not systematically offered for sale, so all the information and characteristics illustrating / accompanying the Products are not contractual, which the Customer acknowledges.
It is specified that the Products offered comply with the regulations in force relating to the composition of the Products, in the sense that they comply with the health and safety of consumers.
ARTICLE 3 - PRICES
The prices indicated on the Site at the time of the order are denominated in Euros including tax, excluding shipping costs, according to the VAT at the rate in force on the day of the order. Any rate change will be reflected without delay in the price of the Products offered.
The shipping costs will be indicated in the basket before validation of the order.
Patte de Loup reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the prices presented on the Site at the time of registration of the order will only apply to the Customer.
Access to the Site is at the expense of the Customer, who undertakes to obtain prior information from his telecommunications operator on the cost of the communication techniques necessary for the use of the commercial functions offered
The prices indicated include the costs of processing the order.
The transport and delivery costs applied are those indicated on the Site at the time of the order.
The sale price is due upon ordering.
ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT
Full payment must be made when ordering.
The command can be set by the following means:
- by bank card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard accepted in France), completely secure.
The communication by the Customer of his bank card number constitutes authorization for Patte de Loup to debit his account up to the amount of his order.
Patte de Loup retains ownership of the Product until full payment of the price by the Customer.
ARTICLE 5 - ORDERING PROCESS
The Customer wishing to place an order on the Patte de Loup Site must:

Create your account by entering the information requested on the Site (namely: name, first name, postal address, email address, telephone number). It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, for which he is solely responsible.
Choose and validate your payment method
Patte de Loup will immediately communicate the confirmation of the registered order to the Customer by e-mail.
All the data provided and the recorded confirmation constitute proof of the transaction.
It is specified that Patte de Loup reserves the right to refuse an order presenting an abnormal character, in particular with regard to the quantities ordered.
ARTICLE 6 - DELIVERY
The Products presented on the Patte de Loup site can be delivered in France and in all countries of the European Union and in any country on request.
Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the Customer for this purpose.
The delivery times indicated on the site are indicative times, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times. In order for these deadlines to be respected, the Customer must ensure that they have communicated exact and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street, building, staircase number, access codes , names and / or intercom numbers, etc.)
The Customer undertakes to check the integrity of the packaging and of the Product at the time of receipt of the package. In the event of damaged packages (already open, damaged, missing products, etc.), the Customer agrees to notify the carrier and the site manager, by all means, of his findings upon receipt of the package.
ARTICLE 7 - RETURNS
The Customer has 14 days to return or exchange his Product (s) from receipt of his order - the data transmitted by the carrier being taken as proof to establish it.
To do this, the Customer must edit and print a return slip available in the "My account" area.
Return costs are the responsibility of Patte de Loup for all orders placed in mainland France.
The Product (s) must be returned in their original packaging, in new, unworn, unwashed condition, accompanied by the return slip to the following address: Patte de Loup 19, rue du Général Mangin 92600 Asnières sur Seine France
Subject to the condition of the returned Product, reimbursement will be provided by Patte de Loup to the Customer's bank account within a maximum period of thirty days from the date on which the Customer has exercised his right of withdrawal.
If the Product (s) is (are) not returned within the time limits and conditions set out above, the sale is final and the price acquired from Patte de Loup.
ARTICLE 8 - GUARANTEE AND LIABILITY
Patte de Loup provides the customer with the legal guarantees provided for by French law and has only an obligation of means for all stages of access to the site, from the ordering process to the shipment of the package or services posterior.
Patte de Loup may exonerate itself from all or part of its liability by providing proof that the non-performance or poor performance of the contract is attributable, either to the Client, or to the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party to the contract, or to a case of force majeure.
Patte de Loup cannot be held responsible in the event of a computer bug occurring during its order, linked to the Internet connection of the Customer.
ARTICLE 9 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the Site, including all graphics, sound, text, videos, including the underlying technology and presentation of the Products, are the exclusive property of Patte de Loup.
The Customer is therefore formally prohibited from carrying out any reproduction, representation or dissemination, even partial, of the Site and of any element forming an integral part of the Patte de Loup website for commercial reasons without authorization. express and written by Patte de Loup.
Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes an infringement involving the civil and criminal liability of its author.
ARTICLE 10 - PERSONAL DATA
Patte de Loup informs the Customer that his personal data are recorded and that Patte de Loup has carried out the preliminary steps with the CNIL concerning the processing of this data, in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act n ° 78 -17 of January 6, 1978.
The Customer is informed that his data is subject to processing allowing Patte de Loup to be able to offer him the various services offered by the Site.
Thus, the processing of the Customer's personal data is the subject of a declaration to the CNIL.
In accordance with the provisions of article 27 of the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the Customer has the right to access, modify, rectify or delete his data collected by simply contacting Patte de Loup at the following address: Patte de Loup, 19, rue du Général Mangin 92600 asnières sur Seine.
In addition, the site manager may apply technical means to obtain non-personal information relating to Internet users and intended to improve the functionality of the site, for example by tracking the number of visitors to certain pages.

ARTICLE 11 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
11.1. INDEPENDENCE OF CLAUSES
If any of the provisions of these conditions is declared null or unenforceable by a competent court, it will be declared unwritten and will not invalidate the other provisions.
These general conditions may be modified at any time and without notice by the site manager, the conditions applicable being those in force on the date of the order by the Customer.
11.3. APPLICABLE LAW - COMPETENT COURT
These general conditions are subject to French law.
Any dispute must be the subject of a prior attempt at amicable settlement.
In the absence of amicable settlement and in disputes concerning a client not residing in France, jurisdiction is attributed to the competent courts of the city of Nanterre (France), notwithstanding plurality of defendants or call in warranty. p >
11.4. : APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
The Customer can take note of the provisions of the Consumer Code and the Civil Code applicable herein as well as to the sales that they regulate on the governmental portal of French law: www.legifrance.gouv.fr, as well as all other applicable text.
