Refund

The Customer has 14 days to return or exchange his Product (s) from receipt of his order - the data transmitted by the carrier being taken as proof to establish it.

To do this, the Customer must edit and print a return slip that we will provide on request.
The return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

The Product (s) must be returned in their original packaging, in new, unworn, unwashed condition, accompanied by the return slip to the following address: Patte de Loup 19, rue du Général Mangin 92600 Asnières sur Seine France.

Subject to the condition of the returned Product, reimbursement will be provided by Patte de Loup to the Customer's bank account within a maximum period of thirty days from the date on which the Customer has exercised his right of withdrawal.

If the Product (s) is (are) not returned within the time limits and conditions set out above, the sale is final and the price acquired from Patte de Loup.
